Will Dogrider® fit my bike?

 Dogrider® fits on most bikes. Further information can be found in the "Instructions for the seat assembly".

Does Dogrider® fit every breed of dog?

 Dogrider® is designed for small dog breeds up to approx. 10 kg. Further information can be found in the "Instructions for the seat assembly".

What is Dogrider® dog seat with insert for?

 Is suitable for small dogs up to approx. 5 kg.

Can my dog ​​injure himself / cannot he fall out?

 The dog is securely fixed by a harness.

Does the Dogrider® restrict me when I pedal?

 Compared to a child seat, our seat is about half as wide and the shape is designed so that pedaling is not hindered.

If my dog ​​doesn't fit in the Dogrider® or the Dogrider® doesn't fit on the bike, can I return the Dogrider®?

 Yes, undamaged, unused and originally packed within 14 days.

 How can I return purchased goods?

 The goods can be returned within 14 days by post or forwarding agency using the completed "Withdrawal form" at the sender's expense (see terms and conditions).

 How is the money refunded?

 Refunds are made immediately after receipt and inspection of the goods. We will notify you by email that we have received your "returned goods" goods.

 If you paid for the goods with a credit card, we will send the amount back to the bank account from which you made the payment.

 Ordered goods arrived damaged, what should I do?

 If the shipment shows significant damage during collection, do not accept it (see terms and conditions).

 If, after unpacking, you discover that the goods were damaged in transit, notify the seller immediately (see terms and conditions).
