Privacy Policy
I. Protection of Personal Data
1.1. By submitting an order via the online order form, the user confirms that they are familiar with this Privacy Policy and fully accept it.
1.2. The provider is the data controller under Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and undertakes to process personal data in compliance with applicable laws, in particular GDPR.
1.3. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
1.4. Personal data required to process an order is collected for contract performance, legal obligations and direct marketing purposes.
1.5. The provider uses subcontractors, especially hosting and mailing service providers, with whom data processing agreements are in place.
1.6. Personal data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 15 years thereafter.
1.7. The user has the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, erase data, object to processing and request data portability in accordance with GDPR.
1.8. The user has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
1.9. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for contract conclusion.
1.10. No automated individual decision-making under Article 22 GDPR takes place.
II. Rights and Obligations between Controller and Processor
2.1. The provider acts as a data processor, while the user is the data controller.
2.2. These terms govern data processing within the license agreement via www.dogrider.eu.
2.3. Processing is automated and limited to the defined scope.
2.4. Both standard personal data and special categories under Article 9 GDPR may be processed.
2.5. The purpose of processing is the operation of the Shoptet e-commerce platform.
2.6. Data is processed exclusively within the European Union.
2.7. Data is processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 15 years thereafter.
2.8. The user grants consent to involve additional processors, including the hosting provider.
2.9. The provider applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
2.10. The user undertakes to provide necessary cooperation.
III. Final Provisions
3.1. These terms expire after the periods stated in Articles 1.6 and 2.7.
3.2. The user agrees to these terms by confirming via the online form.
3.3. The provider reserves the right to amend these terms.
