Will Dogrider® fit my bicycle?

Is Dogrider® suitable for any dog breed?

The “Basic Set” is designed for small dog breeds up to approximately 10 kg. More precise details are available in the “Assembly” section.

What is the purpose of the “Basic Set with Cushion”?

This version is ideal for the smallest dogs weighing up to approximately 5 kg.

What is the “Cushion” item used for?

The dog bed is inserted into the “Basic Set” and is suitable for the smallest dogs up to approximately 5 kg.

Can my dog get hurt or fall out?

Your dog is securely fastened inside Dogrider® using a safety harness to ensure reliable protection.

Does the seat restrict pedaling?

Compared to a child seat, our seat is about half as wide. Its shape is specifically designed not to interfere with pedaling.

Can I return the seat if my dog does not fit or it is not compatible with my bike?

Yes. You may return an unused and undamaged seat within 20 days.

How can I return purchased goods?

Within 20 days, you can return the seat at your own expense using any shipping carrier.

How does the refund process work?

Refunds are issued promptly after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
You will be notified by email with a “Return Received Confirmation.”

What should I do if the delivered goods arrive damaged?

If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept it (see Terms and Conditions).
If you discover transport damage after unpacking, please inform the seller immediately (see Terms and Conditions).
